The theme of the 1½ day meeting is “Expanding Networked Communities to Advance Research Competitiveness”. It will include presentations from NSF’s senior leadership on the Foundation’s current initiatives, in-depth discussion of EPSCoR’s strategic priorities for the coming years, and detailed updates on NSF’s budget and policies. The afternoon of the second day will be left open for you to schedule meetings with program officers to maximize the value of your visit to Alexandria.
The meeting is scheduled for May 21-22, 2018. The final meeting location has not been set yet, but it is expected to be nearby to DC’s Reagan National Airport and NSF Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. PIs for all EPSCoR RII awards are welcome to attend (Tracks-1, -2, -3, and -4). In addition, we welcome the participation of co-PIs and other project leadership for our RII Track-1 awardees, as well as the jurisdictional co-PIs for all RII Track-2 awards.
