Yellowstone National Park

Conference

Montana NSF EPSCoR along with the Thermal Biology Institute co-sponsored the Research Coordination Network Conference held in Yellowstone National Park on January 10-13, 2008.  This conference brought together over 100 researchers who study Yellowstone National Park to discuss projects and interact with other scientists and resource managers.  The conference was hosted by the Research Coordination Network, an NSF-funded project and included scientists involved in Montana EPSCoR's "Hydrogen to the Environment" research initiative.  This face-to face meeting allowed researchers to enhance collaborations and provide input to the web-based database and Metagenomics project.
